The World of Rising Thunder is a persistent and ongoing world, even across server resets. It is basically, a no majical “operable equipment” spawning concept.
“Operable equipment” is defined as any operable aircraft, vehicles, armor, artillery, naval vessels or troops types, operable by either clients or bots (AI).
